I agree that all 3 are lovely pullets. EEs can certainly throw you for a loop especially when they're in their teenbird phase. A few of mine certainly had me a bit suspicious. With them, ignore long tail as many go through a phase where they have long and often roo-like tails. Instead look for early pinking up, pointy hackle or saddle feather - again, pointy feather, not merely long feathers - and gender specific color patterns. The pattern of the one in your second photo is female specific. A male of a similar coloration would have a less even pattern most likely with red patches mixed in
