With all the doom and gloom going on in the world, I figured it would be best to focus on this coming weekends Easter gatherings. In preparation of having my wife's family down for Easter, I made 35 lbs of sausage. Kielbasa wedzona, Kielbasa Biala Surowa, and rabbit sausage. I smoked the Kielbasa yesterday, then I linked up the rabbit sausage and Kielbasa Biala Surowa and have it packaged up ready to go. Now, it's time to make the Zurek starter (for sour rye soup) so it will be ready for Easter!
