Easy clean tray for coop

Anyone know how to make an easy clean tray that pulls out and in the pictures it looks like some kind of substrate above the tray. I need to know how to make that. I know how to build the tray and everything I just don't know what kind of substrate they use.

Anyone know how to make an easy clean tray that pulls I just don't know what kind of substrate they use.

I covered my poop boards with vinyl flooring and am going to replace it with some Crazy Carpets when the vinyl gives up the ghost.
