Easy way to delete multiple private messages

Is there an easier way to delete multiple pm's? I clean my inbox from time to time and just find it a drag to have to open each one and delete it separately. I think that may be why some people's inboxes are always full.

It says "delete multiple" in the upper right hand corner of your inbox. Just click this, check the ones you want to delete, then hit "delete" in the lower right hand corner. In this corner you can also select the whole page of messages with "select all."

Depending on which email provider you use, you can usually click on the first email you want to delete, hold the "shift" button down WHILE clicking and dragging from the 1st email to be deleted and scrolling down the list to the bottom-most email to be deleted. Release the shift button. This should high-light the whole group...then click on the delete button. Bye-bye unwanted emails! Hope it works for you!
