Eating eggs and cholesterol

No, but there are lots of things that affect cholesterol levels in human blood, and lots of things that affect the content of the eggs. I'd guess that free ranging the birds would change the fatty acid profile of the eggs and make them healthier, but don't know if it'd lower the cholesterol content.

My hens have just started laying so I expect my daily egg intake to go up. Wondering if I should be worried about my cholesterol going up as well?

From what I understand, the cholesterol in eggs does not have a significant effect on blood cholesterol. It's more important to limit the amount of saturated fat you eat. Too much saturated fat can raise the cholesterol in your blood.
