Eating Poop

I've noticed lately that my hen will poop and then turn around to eat it. Should I try to stop her from doing this or is it okay for her to do?

eatting poop is pretty common in birds, they do it for extra nutrition or something..
I don't know if that applies to all birds though....

I wonder if it was a cecal poop. I know rabbits routinely eat their cecal poops so they can digest their food properly. I wonder if chickens do the same thing.
