Its just the system only. There are no cables, games or controllers. Other PC engine auctions are around $100-$168. Mine is starting at $10. You can buy a US adapter so it will play on your TV. And you just need the Y/W/R A/V cables to hook it up to your TV. Please check my feedback. I will be happy to answer your questions
