EE - 8.5 w old

Hi all, I’ve been pretty sure this chick was a pullet, but it gets singled out by its hatch mate that I suspect is a cockerel, and in the last week has gotten color to it’s pretty small comb. Pea combs have me confused . Any thoughts on if this is a pullet or cockerel?
Personality wise, this chick is just skittish and keeps away from the one that has it out for him/her.
