EE chick leg issue

I have an EE chick I just realized had a leg issue not my hatch and just got them told they hatched Tuesday 3/17 is worth trying to fix or am I prolonging and just cull the poor little guy?

It looks as if the leg was broken perhaps at the joint. I tried splinting it but I am afraid there is no fixing to his leg. He won't put weight on it. Suggestions??
