EE growing spurs?

This is Tiddles, I believe she is an ameraucana. 7 weeks. Bird on the left. I just noticed these weird parts on her legs...now I’m wondering if she could be a he.

Ok here's a few things.
1. That's an EE not an amerucana
2. It looks to be female need full body pic to be sure
3. Both genders get spurs hens just don't tend to have them as often
