Got this chick in a buff orpington bin (it was all peach as a chick, I didn't notice its legs till we got home, lol) Obviously it's not an orpington, it has green legs, pea comb, feathered legs and no muff or beard so EE or Olive Egger? I know EEs and OEs are a mixed lot so either or could fit. The hatchery that supplied the store sells both. Is there really even a difference between these 2? They seem to me to be the same except for the OEs having the dark brown egg parent. So far it's feathering in pure white, not even a hint of any other color and I'm not finding many examples to compare it to. Also, since it was a mix up I don't know if it'll be a pullet but it's almost 4 weeks old now so hopefully if its comb is going to roo up it'll do it soon? Thanks!

too soon to know gender for sure... but I agree, its an EE or an Olive Egger of some sort. You won't know for sure till an egg is laid.
Thanks! I'll give it another week or so and see what it's comb does! Lol, I hope it's a pullet just so I can see what color egg it'll lay
