Okay, unless the bird is one of the colors listed here, it's an EE.
http://www.ameraucana.org/scrapbook.html

I've read on here that even if it's from two Ameraucana parents, if it's not one of the colors listed on that site, it's considered an EE. In other words, an Ameraucana has to fall into one of the color categories in order to be acceptable. An exception would be the Splash(?), which I've heard many people refer to, but isn't listed on the site.

An EE is usually a cross between a chicken that has the green egg gene and another breed (could be anything). The resulting chick will have the beard and muffs, and may or may not lay green eggs (I know I'm leaving something out, so chime in here). They can also lay all sorts of colors, hence the name Easter Egger.

You find that there are some typical colorings you will find with EE's, but there are no rules and they can be anything.

She is an EE
Shes closest the the buff color, but buff doesn't have any black in it and should be very even color. Thats just whats showing, no telling what she's hiding in those genes.

Edit: Splash is not a listed color but it's closely connected to blue and black.
Splash x black = blue
Blue x blue = blue, splash and black
Splash x splash = splash
blue x black = blue and black

OK if its not a color on the ABC website its not accepted! the link is on my website, but anyway the splash is relied on heavily to get blues its not an accepted color yet but will be i feel soon it will be because they're used soo much! and they are very strict and the multi-colored thing isnt always true wheatons and red blacks are multi-colored and accepted also blue wheatons! they are VERY strict on color but not as much as everyone says take it from me parent of ameraucanas
