EE Pullet or Cockerel?

7.5 weeks old, I'm 99.9% sure it's a she, but on the off chance that it's a he I would like to know

Sorry but I think that one is a cockerel. What tells me so is the red feather leakage coming through on the shoulders. Looks just like mine that I rehomed.

Do you think his gray head will change into the same color as the rest of his body? Or stay gray?

I would think it will stay gray. I will see my guy this weekend when I rehome another cockerel
