EE question

Ok I just found out all of the green/blue eggs I have been hatching were the hen was an Americauna and the roo something else are called EE. Now, am I to guess that the hens will lay blue or green eggs or are they called EE becasue they may blue, green, or white/brown depending on the mate of the other parent. Also, does it depend on wether the roo or hen was the Americuana or al long as one was.

An EE is a mixed breed that somewhere in its background it had ameraucana or araucana blood mixed in. If your hen is laying green eggs, chances are that she's not an ameraucana. Hatcheries sell EEs as ameraucanas, araucanas, etc. Where did You get your hen from? Their offspring should lay greenish eggs, although that's not always the case.
