EE roo or hen :(

I have dug through all the pictures I can find and I can't tell. Zoe is not top of the pecking order and does not display any of the behavioral signs that she is a he. However her tail is starting to curve and the neck feathering is similar to males I have seen. She is almost 9 weeks old, no crowing or other signs. Everything else points to hen. Please tell me that she is not a he....

Well, I'm the last one to be giving he/she comments. And I know even less than nothing about EE's. But I'm gonna say girl. Partly cuz I think it. Partly cuz you want me to.

I don' tknow. I am having the same issues. But do I see sickle feathers? That may indicate a rooster

I didn't see any, which is why I can't tell. Skinny legs and no comb to speak of, but a curving tail and possibly some pointy neck feathers, though I don't see that myself. Tough one.

The other one is SLW, I have been told pullet on her but I will worry till they lay. At least I am not the only confused one.

I'm going to go with hen ... only because my EE female had a giant curving tail for the longest time and only at around 12-14 weeks did it start to round out.
Here's a picture for comparison if it helps:

Her tail was pretty giant as you can see. The one on the right is a rooster so their tails weren't really so different at the time.
They were at about 9 weeks in the above photos.

It went through an awkward phase at around 12 weeks:
