EE Roo or Hen?

So just got three new "pullets" about 8 weeks ago and now one of my 6 girls is now making some very un-ladylike noises in the morning. I'm thinking that perhaps this one isn't really a hen? Her tail feathers look a little strange... gorgeous, but strange. And sorry for the terrible picture... he/she doesn't like me to get too close still...
