"Cleo" came from a box of hatchery pullets, and it turns out that she is a "Clint" instead. Clint is a 4.5 month old Easter Egger rooster, and has been socialized every single day since I picked him up from the feed store at a day or two old. I paid about $5 for him, and he has been on Bar Ale organic feed and fresh fruits and veggies since then.

Out flock was attacked by a dog in early May, and the majority of the flock died. Clint survived, but suffered broken bones and lost all of the skin on his back and tail. He has since recovered, grown all of his feathers back in, and is as good as new!

HOWEVER, because he has suffered so much in his short life (18 weeks) this will NOT be a stew pot bird. He has been on antibiotics and is NOT fit for consumption.

He has a beautiful, sweet, quiet crow, that I have only heard a few times (3 to be exact) at around 8 in the morning. This may change as he matures more, but as of right now, he is the best rooster I could ask for. Unfortunately, even a quiet rooster is still not allowed in my neighborhood, so we need to part ways.

I have transportation, and I can deliver within a reasonable distance if I find him the right home.

If you are interested in rescuing Clint, please tell me a little bit about yourself and current living situation. Thanks for your time!
