Also, what feed stores (and some dishonest people) call an Americana is just an EE.. no such thing as an Americana, but there are Araucanas, and Ameraucanas... An EE is a crossbred Ameraucana or Araucanas (Araucanas are rumpless in most countries) a true Ameraucana or Araucana lays sky blue eggs, has a peacomb, dark black legs, and beards and muffs (Araucanas should also have ear Tufts.) Of course the breed standards vary from country to country.
