EEs pulleys or cockerel?

Both darker chicks are from a hatchery and are supposed to be EEs. They are 6 weeks. My fingers are crossed that they are pulleys but I suspect at least the black one is a roo.

And we can tell because their pattern is splotchy and not smoothly transitioning, right? I'm trying to learn!

I guess , I'm not sure of terminology. I'm looking at Red feathers on the shoulders/wings.

Right. That splotchy, uneven leakage of color over the wings is a huge indicator.
