Egg and spur questions

At about what age does a rooster start to develop spurs. Is there a place I can look to see if my chicken breeds are good layers? I have Asian Blues, Red Rangers, Barred Rock, Black Austrolarps, Silver Laced Wyandotte, Easter Eggers, and some kind of Hatchery breed Red. Any clues?

Look under the Breeds tab of the website. I got a lot of information about my breeds from there. I have 4 Barred Rocks and one of them just started laying on Friday and has given me an egg a day since then. They are small but very tasty.
