Wait a bit longer. I've recently read someone had quails pipping and hatching out between days 18-28! Let me tag a few people who might be able to help or at least they'll know who to tag.

I have no idea about Quails....BUT there is no reason to every hurry to throw an egg out...UNLESS it is dripping and smelling
