Egg Bashing....Help!

I have 2 new chicks in the incubator...there are still 16 eggs in there and these two are running around knocking the others around.
Will this affect the hatching of the others? Half of them are currently pipped...but are getting rolled around.
Should I take these two out and put them in the brooder so the eggs arent getting moved?

If the first 2 are dry take them out quickly, so you don't lose too much humidity.

Yes I would say take them out..... Dont want any of the other chicks in danger of their hatching positions getting messed up. Just take them out really fast!
