Egg Blemish

This is the 2nd egg in a week with a strange spot at the pointed end. Has anyone seen this before? Is this a good egg to eat?

Fine to eat. Probably just a hiccup in the shell gland. With hens starting to come into lay after the winter break, you can get some really odd eggs.
