I have a chicken who appeared to be egg bound yesterday. Tail down, back arched and was lying around a lot. I did the warm bath, gental messaging then we put her in a crate to give her some peace and quiet away from the other girls. I kept her in there through the night. This morning still no egg. She did come out. Eat and drink somebut was still hunched over. Then she started walking around upright went out in the yard and scratched but will still stop and lay down every few min... is she egg bound or could something else be going on?

What breed and age is she?
When was her last egg that you know of?
Is her abdomen bloated at all? Abdomen is located underneath the vent inbetween the legs.
Does she waddle at all when walking?
I'd get some calcium citrate +D3 and give her one tablet once a day, incase she is egg bound.

She is a leghorn and will be two in May. Her last egg was this past Tuesday. Her abdomen appears fine and I cannot feel an egg sitting in there. She was waddling yesterday but is not at all today. LikebI said the biggest thingbI have noticed today is here just lying down more often. She is eating and drinking fine plus is having bowel movements with no issue.
Thanks for the advice on some vitamins to give her! I'll definitely grab some.

Any labored breathing?
I'd just continue the treatment you're doing, along with the calcium.
