Egg bound for over a week? what else could it be

I thought my hen was egg bound but its now been over a week so I believe thats not a possibility any more

She has a very very large lower abdomen, it is solid rock hard to touch. however she is still eating and drinking and pooping and moving around with the flock.

What could it be? shes about 3 years old Campine X silkieX
