Okay, I have these two hens that lay identicle eggs. I knew one wasn't laying eggs for about two mounths. Today, I saw Itty Bitty come out of the nest, and went to get the egg. There was a little tiny egg barely bigger than a quarter, I thought it was a fart egg. The shell was a darker tan than usual, but I went to blow it out anyway. As soon as there was a tiny hole stinky yellow stuff came squirting into my face and hair. I cracked it all the way open, and there was a black mass surrounded by more yellow stuff.
Was/is she eggbound, or somethin else? Itty Bitty is about a year old, and is an Golden Neck OEGB.
