Egg Bound???? Not Sure-Help!

One of my Rhode Island Reds has had an issue for over a month now. She seems to be eating and drinking but has a hard time getting around and is in obvious discomfort. I asked about this and after many words of advice, I gave her several warm baths, massaged her, gave her olive oil orally and up her opening. None of these have obviousily worked. I included some photos to maybe help.
What else can I do?

She certainly looks uncomfortable.
Has she lost substantial weight (thinking she looks a bit light)...
Is there anything in the coop or run she might have ingested and can't pass?
(string, plastic, anything...)
