Egg bound or egg yolk peritonitis?

We started the flush Thursday and Friday morning into Saturday it looked amazing! She is doing well now. We are giving her yeast cream still for a bit, but we stopped the flushes because the crop is normal size and she is back to normal! Thank you so much!
I'm glad to hear she's doing better!
She is sick again :( Seems worse this time, her crop has alot of fluid and she's really fluffy. Like she seems really bloated, she's expanded.

I'm sorry to hear she's gotten sick again.
Sometimes this happens.
The crop is bloated or is her abdomen?
The crop is bloated, we've been making her vomit alot today (we used the proper technique and such). It was first white, then yellow, then white mucus, then brown. She's still really bloated and we've gotten all the fluid we could from her, but she's still full. This morning it was really bad and she couldn't breathe so we had to resort to making her vomit.

Is she able to poop?

A lot of times when a hen has reproductive problems or if there's fluid in the abdomen (Ascites) the crop does not empty very well. Could be that she has a blockage in the gizzard or intestines as well. Most of the time when I've had one that had a lot of fluid in the crop, it was sour too but the hen had repro problems.

I'd treat as Sour, you can try a flush as well too see if that helps move material blocking the gizzard or intestines. Flushes can cause dehydration, so do provide water afterwards, it's possible she may aspirate as well, so keep that in mind.

I'm sorry that she's not improving.

I'm not sure, I haven't seen her poop. We've been doing apple cider vinegar with yeast cream medicine and she's been about the same. She doesn't have any more fluid to throw up but her crop is still really full. She's been standing for like 36 hours because it's hard for her to breathe I guess with all that fluid, but tonight she is sitting in the nesting box. So she's either feeling better (doubtful) or is giving up (I hope not).

Does she have fluid in her abdomen below the vent between her legs?

With what you describe, she's probably exhausted and may not be able to make it if she's having that hard of a time breathing.
