First time writing in this group. We're having a health issue with one of our Dominique hens.
The other day she was having some white discharge. Which we promptly cleaned her off. The next morning she continued to have the discharge and we cleaned her off and gave the flock some garlic water. As the day progressed she became lethargic and just sitting in one corner of the run or in the nesting box. At this point we were thinking she might have Gleet.
We brought her into the house and setup a temporary home for her. My wife noticed that it felt like she had an egg coming and we became concerned she might be egg bound. We setup a epsom salt bath. After we got her bathed and dried off we put her in a crate to let her rest. We came down a short while later and she layed an egg. (We think this might have been her first egg)
This morning she was a bit more energetic so we made sure we had her all clean and integrated back with the flock. At first she was moving around a bunch and drinking and eating. But now she's acting lethargic again and walking around with her tail down. Not sure if we shouldn't have put her back with the other hens. Her backend is still getting dirty but so far it doesn't look sore or irritated.
Looking for any help to try help her out.

Do you think I should keep her with the flock or pull her out into a indoor area by herself?

Also, to follow up on your question, it hasn't smelled bad. It just has had the discharge.
So just as a follow up, she's doing much better now.

We have her back with the rest of the flock. After her going through this it seems like she might have been egg bound.
