Egg bound?

Hi, I have a hen who is not looking at all well. I'm wondering if she might be egg bound. She seems to have poop on her back end, and when I picked her up, she threw up what looks like yellow bile. Her comb is flopped over and she's not moving around a lot, like she is in pain. We've had our flock for a couple of years, but this is the first illness I've encountered. Any suggestions appreciated!

Did the material she vomited smell bad or like poop? Can you put on a disposable glove, and poke a finger into her vent an inch or two and feel for a stuck egg? Feel of her crop to check if it is full and balloon-like or hard. Check it again in early morning to see if it is empty. Give her vitamins and electrolytes or SaveAChick in her water. Feed her some plain yogurt for probiotics. Has she been laying eggs recently. Is her lower belly swollen, or has she lost weight?
