Thought I'd post pictures of my eggs being candled from day 5 until hatch day, could be something for someone to compare there's to, people share there pictures, advise for first hatches, or if anything goes wrong I can ask someone!
So far I'm on day 5, and this is what I got when I candled them, so far it looks good! The next candling picture I will put on will be on day 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 18 then it'll be lockdown, might add a few more right up until hatch.

Aww cool, I've got some in lockdown on day 20, I can't wait, I hate this waiting game lol

Hey, mine are on day 10. Do you know how big the air cell is supposed to be? I think they look quite big but this is the first time I've incubated eggs so i don't have any experience. The air cells in mine are maybe 1cm. Is that too big? Should i increase the humidity? I was reading about the dry incubation method and don't want to drown the chicks with too much humidity, but maybe i should put another dish of water in if 1cm is too big for 10 days into incubation?? I have no idea, helps please! :)

It doesn't sound to bad, I'd leave it, but I always keep my humidity on the lower side just encase I drown them, so I usually have it lower than what people say, then around day 16 I gradually increase it so it's the right humidity during lockdown. Also if the air cell is to big, then that means you higher humidity, if the air cell is to small, it means you should lower humidity, thought that's help

Thought these pictures might help, the first picture: you can get a rough idea between day 7-14 of what it should be like.
Second picture: is something to help with humidity, just an example, ignore the size of the air cell as that's for day 18 before lockdown
