BOs are arriving in May which means I'll have eggs by the end of the year (fingers crossed).

Figuring 1 to 2 dozen eggs a week to sell.

New egg cartons run about 30 cents each.

So I put the word out with family and coworkers that I'm interested in used egg cartons.

An Aunt that lives in a retirement/assistant living community put the word out and is picking them out of the trash. In a month's time I got about 4 dozen egg cartons!

So if you have family living in a retirement/assistant living/nursing home and need egg cartons...worked for me.

I also put the word out to some co-workers and some family. I told them if they wanted eggs they had to give me an egg carton and I would fill it up and bring it back to them. I cam to work about a week later to about 20 cartons sitting on my desk. One of the guys here took it upon himself to collect a bunch and said I now owe him eggs for the next year! lol! I am not planning on selling the extra eggs, but rather give them to friends an family, but this guy buys me lunch each time I bring him a dozen so that works great!!
