Cannot find a forum that might have the answer. Not wanting to go into a huge egg color genetics discussion as my pea brain cannot comprehend too much.
I ask because I am thinking of keeping one of my cockerels. He was sired by a FBCM's and I don't know what the hen was. He hatched from one of these lovely brown eggs.
I have 3 light brown layers (2 BO's and a BR). If he mated with one of them and I incubated a few and they hatched, what color egg would their offspring lay?
