Egg colors

I have a White Crested Black Polish hen, a Columbian Wyandotte hen, and a Sapphire Gem hen. (Just those 3, no rooster). I find 1-3 eggs daily, but they all appear to be the same size and pale tan color! Whose is whose?

I believe Polish lay a white or tinted egg, Wyandottes lay tan/brown, and Sapphire Gems I'm unfamiliar with but HooverHatchery's website says brown so I'd guess brown/tan as well? If all you have is 3 hens and you're getting 3 eggs in one day, then it sounds like you're good : D
