egg crushed HELP!

today and tomorrow my hens eggs are supposed to hatch, I checked about half an hour ago and saw an egg was half crushed(picture attached), I don’t have an incubator but we put the egg in a warmed up bean bag with warm damp cotton on it, it’s inside a shoe box atm. Is there anything I can do to increase its survival chances??

I think it’s too cracked and too close to hatching to try to fix it.I would just leave it be.How’s it doing?

I’m not completely sure if it’s still alive, I’ll keep heating the bean bag and dampening the cotton and see tomorrow, if it doesn’t hatch then that’s too bad

Watch for movement, beak and toes should wiggle if alive, keep warm and maintain moisture without cutting off air supply (don’t seal in a plastic bag!).
