UPDATE:
Well, we havent gotten eggs for eight days. Today, however i saw her up in my barn, and shes been hiding a nest in the rafters! There are 5 eggs. So, i took them down and put them on the floor, and added 4 eggs that i saved. So there is nine. Looks like shes going broody!

Roasted Turkey? I've never heard of a turkey eating eggs. Sure it's a turkey?
There is something you can do that works for dogs. Poke a small hole in both ends of an egg and drain the insides. Then cap one end with elmers glue and egg shell, then put a little amonia in it and cap the other end. Dogs take one bite and presto, they never do it again. Might work with Turkeys. I imagine anything bad tasting will work-some people use mustard.

Never had that trouble in turkeys but we have in chickens and we always just culled them.
