Egg eating chickens

i have 16 hybrids at the moment and they are eating eggs. i removed what i thought was the culprit but they are still eating. i am pretty sure that the culprit i removed was the main problem but it has taught the others the taste of eggs and now they are eating them....

any ideas?? i carnt collect the eggs as i am at school so please don't suggest that
