egg fertility

Hi can someone help me i am running 9 roosters 3 hens to a rooster all have their own pen feed protein is at 21% all young birds only getting 4 out of 50 fertile. THANK YOU.

What breed do you have? With that many roosters, they may be interfering with one another while breeding hens. If I interpret correctly you have 27 hens - 3 roosters would be more than enough to cover that many.

How are you checking for fertility?
