egg flat hatching?

i have been rolling these by had for 18 days laying on their side. so i want to know if i put them in a flat now would it hurt them? i got them in one now but i can lay them down if i need to.

I have been hatching from an egg flat. I cut out the bottoms of the egg holders to allow circulation.

It has worked pretty well so far

half my last hatch was turned upside down afthe the piped and never made it out of the shell. them other ones was a roudy bunch rocking and rolled the eggs.
