Egg!!! From Henny Penny!!

My rescue chicken gave me her first egg on Saturday. It's half the size of my other's eggs, and a lovely creamy white. A beautiful egg! I'm so proud of her, she must have been young, or under some stress, I thought she wouldn't deliver, but she did!

I have a happy hen!! Yay!! - Just had to share the good news.

I'm a little worried right now, cause I'm at work now, but this morning I let the three of them together for the first time and my other hens were NOT being nice. But I figure it has to happen sometime. Eeek - can't wait to get home and see how they are doing.
