Egg hoarding.

So my partner kept suggesting to give some eggs away to friends every week, since the hens are laying everyday.

But I keep making excuses why I need them. And the excuses are indeed lame.

I been trying to use large amounts of eggs for cooking but I can make so much, till we're both sick of it.

Anyway, now I have 10 dozen in the fridge and 10 eggs in a basket on the counter.

I actually asked myself the other day "am I hoarding the eggs" and why?

I couldn't think of a reasonable answer, so I guess I have a problem.

I have one, but I can't have to many babies since I'm working full time now.

I got 6 eggs ready to hatch on Thursday.

Funny you should post this today because my husband told me this morning, "You have an egg problem", and gestured to the multiple egg stashes I had in the kitchen.

Those eggs I grab out of the nest boxes make me feel like I found gold everyday. Sounds silly, but I can't help it.
