I just purchased six barnyard mix duck eggs to attempt my first hatch. I received them today and have them settling, and also running my incubator to make sure everything is going smoothly. The possible crosses include Swedish black, blue and splash as well as Cayuga ducks. The drakes are black Swedish and khaki Campbell. I was curious if there was a way to id which ducks the eggs came from just by visibly looking at them?

I know the grayish egg is most likely from a Cayuga Duck.

4 of these babies came from a Silver (splash) Swedish hen and a Khaki drake. Duckling 1 and 4 were blue drakes and 3 and 5 were lavender girls. Duckling 2 had a different mother (Khaki x Harlequin cross mom).

What if the Swedish drake covered? I’m definitely interested in the certain characteristics that are genetically possible with the potential crosses.
