The title of this thread is egg incubation, and thats where this was posted, do you mean something else or did you confuse two different questions?

Vaccinations is a very broad topic and we have different opinions on what to do. Many of us do not vaccinate at all while others do. You can vaccinate for different things, do you have any specific diseases or vaccinations in mind? My suggestions for you would depend on your details. Do you have any history of any certain diseases, are you talking about newly hatched chicks or older chickens, are you hatching by incubator or a broody hen or are they coming from a hatchery or someone else. These details make a difference on whether a vaccination is effective or not.
