Egg is on day 25 in incubator not sure if it is alive

I did the float test 2 days ago, it did float. I looked at it last night and it looks like it have a crack but not 100%. Looked the same this morning. Any thoughts? This is the last one in the hatch I have 4 out of 6 without this one

I did, but it is so full I am not positive I saw movement and I didn't want to keep it out of the incubator too long

is it a duck or chicken egg? If it's a duck this is normal. If its a chicken then it might be dead.. I'd try candling it again and look to see if you can see a silhouette of a peck through the air pocket.

It is a chicken egg and I will candle this evening

When you say you did the float test, did you just float the egg in water to see if it floats? Or did you follow the procedure to water candle the egg? If I have an egg that hasn't hatched at the end of day 21 and I am not able to see any movement or internal pips when I candle it, then I always water candle the egg and hope for a wiggle.
