Egg laying age

Doea anyone know at how many months does an average kadaknath hen start laying eggs...or maybe a svarthona?

I’m unfamiliar with both of those breeds, but the average age of maturity is between 18- 24 weeks. Be sure to provide oyster shell to prepare your flock for laying strong eggs!

For most chickens.......keep an eye on squatting and scratching in the nesting boxes.....waiting for the first eggs is the hardest part!
