Egg laying concerns

So I have some concerns about one of my girls. She has always had some issues with laying eggs but it has now been at least 7 day’s. I do feed layer crumble, I give meal worms, some fruits and vegetables. The last two eggs she laid were very large and one had double yokes. I know they can become egg bound which is my concern. She is still eating and drinking but I do notice she stands kind of odd sometimes with her tail feathers down and she will hold her wings out from her body. She’s also stand offish even more than her usual self. Any advice on what I can do for her, how I can possibly tell if she’s egg bound, when and what signs should call for a vet visit

Look for tail flipping. Unwilling to leave nest box but not broody. Lethargic and an unnatural gait. squatting or sitting constantly vent straining ect. at any or more of these signs I would call the vet.
