Egg laying inside the feeder?

I moved my Cockerel and his two ladies to a new hoop house.

The BCM pullet is fairly small for 22 weeks. The Swedish pullet is a good 30% larger.

I grabbed the feeder to move it and saw this. Are they getting inside and laying or perching?

Lol, I had this exact same problem with my bantams with this exact same feeder! They jump down in there and lay the eggs. the way I solved this was wiring a board down on top of it. doesn't look great but at least they can't get in it anymore. you could also try to fashion some kind of cone-shaped top so they won't be able to perch on it either.

An anti-roost guard would probably keep them from getting inside.
