They really didn't seem to mind that I was there. They are used to me going in and out several times a day checking for eggs. I never know when they are going to lay them.

wow thats neat! mine haven't laid yet, they are 15 weeks old. do you think that hurts at all? lol

I bet it does. Especially when they are bloody eggs. I've heard one of these girls doing the "egg song" and then the bok bok sounded strained, and there was a bloody egg that day. (It was larger than normal too.)
