I know I have 2 out of the 6 hens laying but, its been a couple of days since they have a laid, but yesterday I found just egg whites on the floor of my coop, no shell or yolk, can you help

New layers can be quite irregular. Their systems take a while to get going and I think they are very confused about what is happening to them and what these strange round things are. When my flock first started laying I had a couple of rubber eggs, broken eggs, and even eaten eggs. I was really worried they were going to be egg eaters! However, in a couple of weeks it all solved itself.

In your case, sounds like some eggs broke or were partially eaten. If your flock acts healthy and is getting plenty of calcium, protein, and fresh water, I'd just watch the situation closely and assume it's fairly normal in the short-term.

Sometimes my new layers will lay their eggs off of the roosts because the eggs come as a surprise to them overnight or in the early morning. we got one today actually....

But even though I would like to have them lay in the boxes, a few girls that are new to laying havent yet. They will get the hang of it eventually. It only takes time
