Egg laying

When eating egg, the inner layer does not come cleaning. What can I do to prevent? How many days do let the eggs raise?

Are you struggling peeling boiled eggs?
My boiled eggs look like a mob hit but I've heard that you use slightly older eggs, add to cool water, and slowly bring to just under a boil for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and let coast for 15 minutes.
Then an ice bath.
